What awaits you?
- You will support exciting IT projects and help to implement innovative solutions.
- Furthermore, you contribute to collaborative tasks with employees from all areas of the company.
- In addition, you assist with IT onboarding and offboarding for new and leaving employees.
- Moreover, you help to register new users for Business IT applications.
- You will support composing and publishing IT newsletters for the company.
- Furthermore, you assist with IT support for BMW Group and BMW Car IT topics.
- In addition, you help to manage IT assets and maintain accurate records.
What should you bring along?
- Studies in computer science, information technology or a related field.
- Knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of Windows and Linux system administration.
- Basic software development skills (bash or python scripts, databases, front-ends).
- Good English skills; German is a plus.
