YOUR ROLE

As part of your studies, you are currently looking for an internship to complete your degree (Bac+5 / engineering or business school).

You will join the QSSE Terminals & Inland division, an independent QSSE support department that helps the Group's land-based assets improve their quality, health, safety and environment practices an environment that is both operational and technical.

You will support the Environmental Officer in the continuous improvement of the "environment" culture and standards across our land-based assets. Your main missions will be to formalize the Group's GHG report and the carbon footprint of the land-based assets within scope, as well as to contribute to building and updating the decarbonization pathways for each of our assets.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Take ownership of preparing the greenhouse gas emissions report for Terminals and Inland Assets
  • Supporting the monitoring of sites' environmental reporting (data quality and reporting deadlines).
  • Supporting the operational team in analyzing inconsistencies and defining corrective actions.Supporting the
  • Environmental Officer in defining and updating the decarbonization trajectories for Terminals and Inland Assets.
  • Supporting the identification of decarbonization projects per site according to the [project type / feasibility / cost] triptych.
  • Ensuring the proper implementation of initiatives.
  • Supporting the department on current environmental topics (decarbonization, water management, waste management, etc.)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Education: Bac+5 level, engineering degree specializing in Environment / Energy / Decarbonization, from a Grande École.
  • Technical skills: Carbon accounting (methodology and emissions calculations); ability to summarize and communicate scientific topics clearly; familiarity with CSRD Environment standards; data analysis skills (pivot tables, charts, indicators); ability to clearly formalize a technical requirement and document processes.
  • Languages: Fluent English and French required.
  • Personal qualities: Curiosity, rigor, agility and motivation; team spirit and openness to other cultures.
