As part of our Engineering & Digital Manufacturing practice, you will help design, deploy and enhance Teamcenter solutions that support innovation, engineering excellence and digital continuity across the entire product lifecycle. 

Working in a multicultural environment, you will collaborate with both local and global teams while gaining valuable exposure to Japanese business culture and delivery practices. 

Your role 

As a PLM Solution Architect, you will contribute to the design and evolution of Teamcenter-based solutions supporting engineering, manufacturing and digital transformation programs. 

Working alongside experienced architects, consultants and engineering teams, you will help translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable PLM solutions while gaining exposure to large-scale industrial transformation initiatives. 

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, enterprise architects and project delivery teams in an international environment.

Key responsibilities 

• Contribute to the design and evolution of Teamcenter-based PLM solutions 
• Support solution architecture activities across engineering, manufacturing and product development domains 
• Participate in the design of integrations between Teamcenter, CAD, ERP and enterprise systems 
• Analyze business and technical requirements and contribute to solution definition activities 
• Support platform scalability, performance and reliability initiatives 
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical assessments and solution validation activities 
• Contribute to deployment, testing and continuous improvement initiatives 
• Support the creation of architecture documentation, best practices and knowledge-sharing activities 

Your profile 

This position requires prior hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environments. Profiles without Teamcenter or PLM experience are unlikely to be a good fit for the role. 

You bring: 

• 3+ years of experience in PLM, Teamcenter or engineering IT environments 
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter in implementation, deployment or transformation projects 
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture principles and deployment models 
• Experience working with CAD, ERP or enterprise system integrations 
• Knowledge of PLM data models, workflows and engineering change management processes 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams and solution architects 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Fluent English communication skills
