As part of its continued growth, Keensight is offering a six-month, full-time, end-of-studies internship within its Finance team, based in Paris, starting in January 2027.

Role overview

This internship offers hands-on exposure to the financial operations of a private equity platform, including fund management, reporting and investor-related processes. You will work with the Finance team and gain visibility into the core strategic and operational aspects of fund management.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitoring transactions related to fund assets, liabilities and investment vehicles;
  • Assisting in the preparation of capital calls and distributions;
  • Supporting the management of share transfers;
  • Administering and improving fund management systems and tools;
  • Tracking fund performance and updating internal dashboards;
  • Reviewing the accounting records and financial statements of funds and investment vehicles;
  • Contributing to the preparation of quarterly investor reporting;
  • Supporting KYC (Know Your Client) processes for investors and investments.

These responsibilities may evolve depending on the team’s priorities and the intern’s performance.

Profile and requirements

  • Final-year student pursuing a Master’s degree, MSc or Grande École programme in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field;
  • Seeking a six-month end-of-studies internship starting in January 2027;
  • Previous internship experience in one of the following areas would be a strong advantage:
  • Private equity or asset management, within a finance or middle-office team;
  • Audit, ideally within a Big Four firm or equivalent;
  • Financial services or a similar environment;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Fluent English at a professional level; international exposure would be a plus;
  • Highly organized, reliable and proactive;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
  • Team-oriented, with a positive and professional attitude.
