What does #DreamInDior mean to you?

Leo:  "To me, #DreamInDior means to be part of a rich history of craftmanship, excellence, and beauty. It is entering a world where you are challenged to break creative boundaries while acquiring a great deal of unique and one-of-a-kind experiences, from discovering the collections to witnessing the process that brings Christian Dior’s vision to life."

Thaïs: "#DreamInDior means being part of an extended family, feeling valued, and constantly learning. Here, we have the ability to gain a deep sense of the Maison’s history and its iconic pieces, as well as participating in the story itself."

What amazes you the most in your work?

Leo: "What amazed me when I first arrived at Dior, was the dedication of my team in making the best out of everything. The Maison pushes everyone to stand for its amazing legacy and to continue to deliver the best in terms of craft, service, and experience to essentially illuminate the essence of Dior’s DNA."

Thaïs: "The whole team is very committed to achieve the same goal and everyone with their own methods will give 120% of themselves to succeed. At the end of the day, we all have the same goal to bring the dream to life. The teamwork behind it all is extraordinary! But most of all, witnessing the passion everyone has for this house is at the core of what makes this work so special!"

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

Leo: "Thanks to the continuous support and feedback given by my team, I am able to develop my knowledge on how a Maison like Dior shapes a dream. Not only was I able to challenge myself throughout my experience, but I also gained confidence as I felt heard and valued for my contributions. The Maison truly pushes you to give the best out of yourself, thanks to its amazing legacy and beautiful projects."

Thaïs: "Being accepted in one of the most prestigious Houses, and feeling very welcome since the first day has helped me obtain more self-assurance and confidence in my capacities. Furthermore, I have advanced my communication skills, since we had to work with different departments and zones (Europe and Middle East), and thus had to adapt methods of working depending on the person to be the most efficient and have the best relations possible."
