What does #DreamInDior mean for you?

#DreamInDior embodies the essence of passion and transformation. It represents a journey of learning, understanding, valuing, and believing in the brand's ability to create extraordinary experiences with clients. Through this lens, we are encouraged to explore our creativity, express our individuality, and embrace the magic of fashion.

What amazes you the most in your work?

What amazes me most about my work is the ever-changing nature of each day. Every interaction with clients from diverse markets, nationalities, ages, and backgrounds enriches my experience and provides valuable insights. I learn so much by simply listening to their stories. Engaging with people traveling across Europe or connecting with various countries in a single day allows me to explore the world without leaving Paris.

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

Dior has bridged my academic career with the real world, providing me with invaluable opportunities for growth every day. My Team Leader plays a crucial role in shaping my skills and helping me become a more effective talent. I am fortunate that multiple teams assess my performance and quality of work, and management actively listens to my needs, adapting to my pace when necessary. 

Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?

I am incredibly proud of the friendships I have built with my colleagues since the start of my journey at Dior. We spend countless hours together, blending our professional and personal lives. Whether it is sharing coffee breaks, enjoying lunches, or going out for dinners and activities outside the office, these connections truly enhance my experience. When I encounter challenges, it is my colleagues who turn those moments into valuable learning opportunities. Their unwavering support and belief in me have been instrumental in my growth.
