What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
To me, #DreamInDior is about constantly pushing boundaries and making dreams come true. It means waking up every day excited to contribute to a Maison I have admired for years. It’s the daily joy of learning more about Monsieur Dior’s vision while being part of something truly timeless.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What amazes me the most is the Maison’s relentless attention to the client experience. From the atmosphere in the boutique to the smallest details, everything is designed to create a unique moment. The constant evolution of our projects, especially since the pandemic, shows how adaptable and forward-thinking the brand is. I’m fascinated by how the retail world reinvents itself every day. Every project is an opportunity to bring something new and magical to life, and that constant innovation is truly inspiring.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Working at Dior has made me understand what truly drives me. I have discovered that passion is at the core of meaningful work. Through the Maison’s culture, I’ve learned to value excellence, craftmanship, and the importance of evolving without losing one’s essence.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
I have learned to trust myself when facing difficulties and that challenges are opportunities to grow. But the beauty of working at Dior is knowing that I’m never alone, my team has always been there to encourage me and guide me through my journey at Dior.
