What does #DreamInDior mean for you?

"Dream in Dior" invites you to weave dreams as luxurious as silk, to paint your future with the vibrant colors of an infinite palette. It also reflects a mindset of envisioning the future with ambition. Each dream is a canvas, every effort a work of art, and every success a sparkling adornment, reflecting the light of our unique essence.

What amazes you the most in your work?

What amaze and marvels me the most in my work is the infinite creativity that emanates from each design, the meticulous attention to detail, the unique fusion of art and technology, the constant collaboration with brilliant minds, and, ultimately, the satisfaction of seeing ideas come to life in unique spaces.

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

At Dior Couture, each project is an opportunity to explore my creative and technical skills, fueling my growth as an architect. The blend of Dior's prestigious heritage and contemporary challenges has broadened my professional outlook, allowing me to push my creative boundaries. Within this iconic house, I've gained a deep understanding of myself, thanks to inspiring mentors and projects that prompted me to exceed my own expectations, shaping my professional and personal trajectory significantly.

Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why? 

I am always ready to take on the challenges that come my way. When I encounter difficulties, Jose Gonzalez is a manager. His expertise and responsiveness are major assets for effectively resolving any difficulty. Jose embodies the reliability and determination needed to successfully overcome obstacles. In all circumstances, relying on him is synonymous with assurance and results.

What did you learn from these challenges?

Working at Dior Couture has exposed me to diverse challenges. These difficulties have honed my ability to quickly adapt to complex situations. Handling tight time constraints has strengthened my resilience and ability to find effective solutions under pressure. Every obstacle encountered has been an opportunity to learn and refine my skills, preparing me with confidence to face any situation.

How do you or your team celebrate success & milestones?

At Dior Couture, we celebrate successes by organizing special events, such as exclusive team dinners. Outstanding achievements are also highlighted in weekly meetings, recognizing everyone's hard work. Individual acknowledgments are given, accompanied by sharing moments to strengthen cohesion.
