What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
To me, #DreaminDior represents a unique chance to dive into the rich heritage and craftsmanship of a renowned French luxury Maison that I truly admire, while also working towards my career goals. It’s about growing in a creative and stimulating environment that encourages personal development. This experience allows me to embrace the values and expertise of the Maison, aligning with my dream of becoming a Press Relations Officer.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What excites me the most about my work is the human connection it brings. Each day, I get to engage with a variety of people, including journalists, stylists, and colleagues from marketing and digital teams. Being able to discuss remarkable pieces from our collections, share them with stylists around the world, and then see those pieces featured in magazines a few weeks later is incredibly inspiring and makes my experience even more rewarding.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior provides a genuine environment where everyone, regardless of their position, can thrive professionally with confidence. Being surrounded by a team that supporting values of trust and kindness allows me to surpass my own expectations, find joy in my work, and, most importantly, experience personal growth every day.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
Every challenge comes with its own solution, and often, that solution is not found alone! Within the Dior Men Press & VIP team, we are fortunate to be a close-knit group of interns. Collaboration is at the heart of our values, and it’s a strength we strive to uphold daily, ensuring we all work in a supportive atmosphere. This sense of support is fostered by our managers, Maï-Linh Fray, Noemie Bernard, and Jean Molas, who are always there with kindness to guide and assist us during moments of uncertainty.
