Join the Women@Dior Mentees in the Celebration of Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment
At Dior, we are committed to empowering women.
On March 28, Christian Dior Couture and UNESCO presented the Women@Dior & UNESCO 2024 Global Conference in celebration of gender equality and women’s empowerment, core values of the mentorship and education program.
Uniting over 500 participants, the conference sparked moments of sisterhood, connections, and networking opportunities. Mentees and Mentors alike came together to share their experiences, insights, aspirations, and empower one another.
The Women@Dior program, in partnership with UNESCO, is a unique occasion to learn what is not taught: self-confidence and to dare for your career destiny. The participants are selected from various business, engineering, art and fashion schools spanning across 60 different countries such as France, China, Nigeria, Kenya, Costa Rica, Brazil, Iran and Bangladesh just to name a few.
