Yesterday evening, our Analysis and Agile tribe presented the final module of their #BusinessAnalysis workshop series.
In this closing session, they delved into defining and prioritising requirements, a crucial aspect of effective business analysis. After a quick refresher on the whole business analysis process, they embarked on an interactive training session with a case study. Practice was the main focus of this workshop.
