The Great Cream Challenge
On Saturday, the Mentoring Team organised a fantastic team-building event for our staff and consultants at the Les Ateliers de La Villa close to Lake Genval. The day was an opportunity to connect, reinforce our teamwork, and share our strengths.
The event included a wide range of activities designed to promote collaboration, critical thinking, coordination and friendly competition through a variety of sports games and team-building exercises.
A special thanks to the Mentoring Team, and to Laurence Gillis and Fabrice d'Alcantara for their implication and efforts in making the day a success.
This team-building event not only enhanced our professional relationships, but also created strong bonds, valuable for maintaining a durable collaboration.
