The UNIQLO Management Candidate (UMC) Graduate Programme is a 12‑month, high-impact leadership track designed to develop future business leaders through real responsibility from day one. You’ll learn how a global retailer operates end-to-end — from customer experience and operational excellence to people leadership, performance, and commercial decision-making , in a fast-paced environment where your impact is visible every day.
We’re looking for graduates who are ambitious, resilient, and hungry for challenge , people who want to lead teams, solve problems under pressure, and learn business by doing. Requirements:
- Right to work full-time in the country you are applying to
- Ready to start full-time from September 2026
- English level B2 minimum +local language
- Flexible to work weekends, bank holidays, and shift patterns
- Willing to relocate
