Tasks:

Contribute to the preparation, organization, and design of workshops/training programs for team and leadership development.
Participate in initiatives to enhance employee engagement, strengthen corporate culture and leadership values, and develop the company's internal brand.
Learn and actively support employee qualification and performance management processes.
Gain practical experience working with the HR information system.
Occasionally support the HR team in recruitment, employee experience, general administration, and coordinating HR events.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's student in social sciences (preferably Psychology, Andragogy, or related fields)

Good communication and self-organization skills
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
