HR Intern - Development area (all genders)

Tasks:

• Contribute to the preparation, organization, and design of workshops/training programs for team and leadership development.
• Participate in initiatives to enhance employee engagement, strengthen corporate culture and leadership values, and develop the company's internal brand.
• Learn and actively support employee qualification and performance management processes.
• Gain practical experience working with the HR information system.
• Occasionally support the HR team in recruitment, employee experience, general administration, and coordinating HR events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's student in social sciences (preferably Psychology, Andragogy, or related fields)
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools
• Strong motivation for learning and continuous development
• Openness to working with people and supporting others
• Good communication and self-organization skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
