We are looking for a HRIS Sales Development Representative - F/H/X to join our team in Dubai.
Your missions
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities for HRIS solutions (Oracle, Workday, etc.)
- Conduct market research to target potential clients in the Dubai region
- Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and networking events
- Present Amaris HRIS solutions to prospective clients and partners
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management
- Support the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
Your profile
- You have a degree in business, HR, or IT-related fields
- You have a strong experience in sales development or business development for HRIS solutions
- You have a good knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors
- You are fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
- You demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
