Job Description

Within the Group Head Office and Thematic Audit function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Undertaking insurance business audits (i.e. Life, Non-Life, Pension, Reinsurance, Distribution, etc.), including Head Office Audit or Cross-Countries Audit
  • Ensuring compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (Italian/European) requirements
  • Supporting the Audit manager/Head of the function in preparing documentations that are part of the business as usual (i.e. Report for the Audit Management, quarterly reporting and hoc reporting)
  • Performing of risk assessments and development of risk-oriented Audit programs
  • Contributing to data analytics analysis and tests


Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Finance or Actuarial
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in internal or external audit, or in key insurance business functions (e.g., underwriting, claims, product development, reinsurance, etc.)
  • Experience and/or knowledge of the Insurance business, including the processes, activities, practices, tools and considerations of life, health, P&C and reinsurance
  • Experience and/or knowledge of EU IDD/POG regulations
  • Knowledge and ability to evaluate and enhance internal control processes and capability of performing risk assessment and execute audits
  • Good written and oral communication skills, with the proven ability to present and explain complex information and suggest process improvements to diverse audiences including senior level staff
  • Good knowledge of computer work and advanced command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access)
  • Passionate about AI Tools
  • Fluent English

What we offer

We offer employment starting from the IV Professional Level, with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.

Gross annual salary ranging between 36K€ and 50K€. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate's professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
