Nautic Manager is a SaaS fleet management software designed to support professional boat rental operators in their daily operations. A subsidiary of SamBoat, an online boat rental platform (linked to Dream Yacht Charter), these companies were respectively founded in 2014 and 2017. This Bordeaux-based startup acquired its main competitor Digital Nautic (originally from Nantes) at the end of 2022, establishing itself as a sector leader. Following this merger, we are seeking an ambitious collaborator to support us throughout the upcoming season.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new professional clients (contract drafting, document validation, account setup...)
  • Handle inbound requests via email and phone (assess issues, conduct necessary research, propose solutions...)
  • Support and grow existing client relationships (respond to inquiries, conduct needs assessment calls, facilitate product demonstrations...)
  • Manage client billing and payments
  • Answer phones professionally and document requests

Required Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (3-5 years of study)
  • Strong written and verbal communication in French and English (Spanish or Italian preferred)
  • Active listening skills
  • Organized with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines
  • Team player mentality

Bonus Qualifications

  • Knowledge of or passion for the marine/nautical industry
  • Customer support or sales experience
  • CRM experience (e.g., Pipedrive) and familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Slack, Notion, Google Suite, etc.
