Project Manager - Automotive F/M//X

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate complex automotive projects involving advanced technologies and multiple stakeholders. You will oversee planning, delivery, risks, and operational readiness while ensuring effective collaboration between technical and business teams.

🔥 Your Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from planning through implementation and operational readiness
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, priorities, risks, and project decisions across multiple teams
• Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, legal, and other specialist teams
• Support the deployment and validation of advanced automotive technologies
• Coordinate testing and operational activities, ensuring processes are structured and controlled
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and drive corrective actions through to resolution
• Contribute to data collection and management activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure project activities align with applicable regulatory, safety, quality, and data-protection requirements
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure clear communication between stakeholders
• Prepare structured reports and communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to management
• Support continuous improvement of project and operational processes

🎯 Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Project Management, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in project or program management
• Previous experience in the automotive industry
• Good understanding of ADAS / automated-driving technologies
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination
• Understanding of vehicle testing, validation, operational processes, and technical data management
• Ability to work effectively with engineering, operations, quality, and specialist teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment
