Honeywell is rolling out a new Hybrid Heating Solution that helps manufacturers shrink their carbon footprint by blending natural gas and electricity for industrial heat - all controlled automatically and in real time.

What’s Happening?

Industrial heating usually relies on a single fuel source, often natural gas. Honeywell’s system changes that by letting manufacturers switch instantly between gas and electricity based on cost, availability, or emissions goals.

The technology slots into existing equipment and can supply up to 30% of a facility’s heat using electricity. It also adds predictive diagnostics and remote monitoring, giving operators more visibility and control.

In short, it’s a smarter, more flexible way to power high‑heat manufacturing.
