The mentoring team organized The Great Cream Escape Game two weeks ago. In small group, players had 60 minutes to save Cream from a machiavellian AI… and it wasn't easy. Thanks to our mentoring team who was not short for ideas - Benjamin Turneer, Daniel Gutierrez Mijares, Emeline Picard, Doan Di Nha Nguyen, Lucile Crisan & Ihsane Al Fajjari. Congrats to the winners who took up this challenge in 47 min!
On October 1st, we had the pleasure of welcoming Adélie and Valentin to the Cream team! 📸 Adélie joins us as a Marketing and Communication Specialist, where she’ll help strengthen Cream’s positioning and boost our presence both online and offline. 📱Valentin joins the Business Management team, where he’ll help build new partnerships and support collaboration between our consultants and clients. We’re thrilled to have them on board — welcome to the adventure! 🚀
Last week, we turned our offices into a comedy club with a line-up of talented comedians guaranteed to make us laugh out loud. A big thank you to the performers for the energy and to all Creamers who joined us!

Last Wednesday, our Data Tribe hosted the third and final module of our Power BI workshop series 🚀 In this concluding session, participants put all their learning into practice with a brand-new dataset. They had the chance to: ✅ Import and clean data ✅ Build models ✅ Perform analyses ✅ Create compelling visuals to answer real questions No requirements were needed to follow the modules, the series was open to everyone! That made it especially useful for all Creamers who deal with large amounts of data and want to make it easier to understand and share !
We love seeing how our consultants bring their creativity and expertise to life at Cream. Recently, one of our Senior Consultants shared their journey and the project they’ve been leading: “Scrum Saveur Citron.” 👉 The idea? Combine the rigor of Scrum with Cream’s DNA : mixing structure with spontaneity, governance with creativity, and methodology with intrapreneurship. This kind of initiative is exactly what makes Cream different: giving our people the freedom to innovate, experiment, and transform challenges into opportunities. This August, our Volunteering Service organized a collection of school supplies through Arc-en-Ciel ASBL for children and young people in need across Wallonia and Brussels. This association supports groups ranging from 15 to 100 children each, and every contribution helps give them the tools they need to learn, grow, and succeed. 📚 To close the initiative, we gathered Creamers around a breakfast moment! 🥐
