    We’re proud to share that Antoine Lambilliotte has officially stepped into a new role as Director and Partner at Cream Consulting! Who would have predicted it? Antoine first crossed paths with Cream at a student workshop led by Cecile VICARD and Damien Landron. After school, he began his career as a Business Developer and then Business Manager. Five years later, we were lucky to reconnect and welcome him to Cream. And now, here we are: a new chapter as Partner and Director, reflecting both his professional growth and the impact he’s had within our team since he joined us. We’re excited to see you continue to shape the future of Cream alongside our leadership team. 🍋

Creamers learned to : - Spot project risks before they become problems - Decode patterns that signal system failures - Turn uncertainty into strategic advantages It wasn't just for Project Managers! Risk awareness is everyone’s superpower, and they demonstrated to us how we can identify risks and train to spot them!

    💚 Giving Back Together! 🤝

    We believe in the power of community and solidarity. That’s why our Volunteering Service recently took action to support Arc-en-Ciel ASBL , a nationwide initiative collecting non-perishable food to help reduce food costs and fund activities for disadvantaged children. Arc-en-Ciel successfully collected an incredible 97,900 kilos of food! 🏆🥫 We’re proud to have contributed to this initiative by helping with the collection efforts. A huge THANK YOU to all who participated in this initiative and to the Volunteering Service for organizing such meaningful actions! Together, we make an impact. 💪
