Today, a group of brave Creamers take on the Stairs for Life challenge: climb the 34 floors - 696 steps - of the Belfius Tower to support Viva For Life. This was more than a physical challenge, it was a moment of solidarity, team spirit and shared purpose. With an average time of 8 minutes and 20 seconds, we reached the top with burning legs, big smiles and a lot of pride. 👟 A big shoutout to our volunteering service for the organization.
60% brainstorming 30% building with LEGO® bricks 10% playing games That’s what a Cream’ Seminar looks like. 🍋 To close the year, our team gathered to reflect on the one that just passed and to look ahead at what’s coming next. This moment allows each team to plan their upcoming projects, and exchange with other departments to create new synergies and foster collaboration across Cream. In the meantime, our culture team has been full of ideas for organizing inspiring and meaningful activities. 🧱
We had the pleasure of welcoming 50 students from the Louvain School of Management (UCLouvain - Université catholique de Louvain) for a half-day inside our Cream office. They started the afternoon with speed-dating sessions alongside our Tribes: Data with Eglantine and Dylan Project Management with Christophe and Capucine Analysis with Guillaume and Daniel A great opportunity to discover our roles, expertise and real project experiences. The group then split between two workshops: 🔁 Agile methodology, led by Cissé and Chloé, to explore how we foster flexibility and collaboration in our daily work. ⏱️ Time Management, where Marie Aimée and Julie shared practical tools to deliver 120% within 100% of the time. A big thanks to our Creamers for taking the time to share their passion and expertise!
Why? The answer is on the walls. At Cream, the drawing plays a special role, it's part of our DNA. We use it every day: during interviews, meetings, and to explain a process or an idea. Visuals help us to have the same interpretation of a subject, no misunderstandings, just clarity. Over time, we've even turned all our processes into sketchs. And don't worry… no one judges your drawing skills. 😉

Play Monopoly and practice Dutch? Only at Cream Consulting. 🇳🇱🎲 Our Dutch Tribe meets regularly to help Creamers practice and improve their Dutch skills. Different workshops are organized, from those with basic knowledges to more advanced speakers, focusing on various goals such as interview preparation, specific vocabulary, and everyday conversation. Last week, the team got creative: a Monopoly game entirely in Dutch for a beginner-level workshop! One Tribe member brought a cheat sheet to help everyone with key phrases. And now... they all know how to buy a house in Dutch! 🏠😉
The mentoring team organized The Great Cream Escape Game two weeks ago. In small group, players had 60 minutes to save Cream from a machiavellian AI… and it wasn't easy. Thanks to our mentoring team who was not short for ideas - Benjamin Turneer, Daniel Gutierrez Mijares, Emeline Picard, Doan Di Nha Nguyen, Lucile Crisan & Ihsane Al Fajjari. Congrats to the winners who took up this challenge in 47 min!
