Dow will attend the Top Women Tech Engineering Summit in Brussels on 21 April 2023. Top Women Tech is a global platform from Careers International, an organization that stands for promoting diversity in STEM, leadership, and jobs.  

On the day of the event, 120 talented and ambitious women with backgrounds in STEM will get the chance to get to know 18 top international employers, including Dow, through a career fair, walking lunch and by having roundtable discussions.  

During the roundtable discussion, Business Development Manager, Andrea De Las Heras Garciá, will take attendees on a trip down memory lane through her career and showcase her workplace as well as inform them what Dow stands for, what the business entails and how the company sees the future. Next to Andrea, Dow will be represented by Laura Dierickx, Senior Turnaround Manager, and Felicia Vervaet, Senior Recruiter Operations. This group of three ambitious women exemplify the talent in STEM, leadership, and jobs and that is exactly where Top Women Tech stands for.
