P.A.C.E: Graduate Program

• Two-year rotational journey across four different placements in teams like Client Coverage, Finance, Investments, Real Estate or Audit
• Three-week orientation in Frankfurt with your global cohort
• Showcase Week: work in cross-functional teams on real business challenges
• Mentorship, training, and a global graduate community supporting you every step of the way
  
  

Internship Program

• 3 – 6 month Seasonal Internships with flexible intakes in Spring, Summer and Fall
• Gain hands-on experience in teams like Product Management, Strategy,  Sustainability, Client Coverage, Trading, or Communications
• Work alongside experienced professionals and discover your strengths
• Successful interns may be invited to join the Graduate P.A.C.E. Program the following year

Who we’re looking for

• 2025 or 2026 graduates from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Graduate Program)
• 2027 graduates from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree OR on a gap year between your Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees (Internship Program)
• Less than 12 months of relevant full-time work experience
