Pour célébrer ses 25 ans, Bruichladdich Distillery remet à l’honneur l’une de ses éditions les plus emblématiques : Yellow Submarine III.

Tout commence il y a 20 ans, lorsque deux pêcheurs de l’île d’Islay découvrent un mystérieux sous-marin télécommandé au large de la distillerie. Après l’avoir récupéré et mis en sécurité jusqu’à son retour au ministère de la Défense, ils reçoivent en cadeau une bouteille d’un whisky spécialement créée pour l’occasion : Yellow Submarine.

Aujourd’hui, cette histoire hors du commun renaît avec Yellow Submarine III, une édition limitée vieillie 14 ans, qui s’inscrit dans les célébrations du 25ᵉ anniversaire de Bruichladdich. Une belle façon de mêler patrimoine, savoir-faire et esprit d’aventure.

To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Bruichladdich Distillery is bringing back one of its most iconic releases: Yellow Submarine III.

The story began 20 years ago, when two fishermen from the Isle of Islay discovered a mysterious remote-controlled submarine off the coast near the distillery. After retrieving it and keeping it safe until it was returned to the Ministry of Defence, they were thanked with a special bottle of whisky created for the occasion: Yellow Submarine.

Today, this remarkable story comes back to life with Yellow Submarine III, a 14-year-old limited edition released as part of Bruichladdich’s 25th anniversary celebrations. A unique way to celebrate heritage, craftsmanship and a true spirit of adventure.
