Celebrating our Solvay Lisbon’s 20th anniversary is a moment to reflect on our incredible journey. What began in 2005 as a shared services center has evolved into a strategic capability hub that is central to our global presence.

This transformation is a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone who has contributed to its success. The site's journey to becoming a model of operational excellence and has set standards for our hubs in Brazil and Thailand which shows our commitment to building a stronger, more efficient Solvay.

The Lisbon team, with nearly 480 people from 30 different nationalities, embodies the collaborative spirit and cultural diversity that drive our company forward. The site’s also been recognized as a #GreatPlaceToWork for four consecutive years, a reflection of their commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive culture.
