Shinsol is a joint venture between Solvay and Shinkong Synthetic Fibers Corporation.
It was founded in 2023, and is our first production site in Taiwan, where we purify technical grade hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), obtained from our site in Thailand, to a high-quality standard to meet the growing demands of the semiconductor industry.
The site is also reducing CO2 emissions, by covering 4,000 m² of the grounds with solar panels to power production sustainably.
And by locating the plant closer to customers, they have minimized emissions from transport as well. 🌏
At the Tainan site, innovation and sustainability go hand in hand!
