SLB is seeking an apprentice / intern in HR Data to work on innovative projects with our HR HQ team. This apprenticeship / internship offers hands-on experience in Project Management, Power BI, Power Apps, HR Dashboards, & SAP.

Apprenticeship / Internship can be based in Paris (75007) or Clamart (92140).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in developing, training, and evaluating HR PBI Dashboard at Division level in SLB HQ
Collaborate on projects involving Power BI, PowerApps, PowerPoint & Excel
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights
Contribute to the development and deployment of applications and tools
Suggest improvement on current dashboards
Work with various international stakeholders in HR, Finance & IT teams (US, Malaysia, Dubai & France)
Work Closely with High Management from the Division
Participate in HR Projects on compensation, mobility integrity, talent management, KPO deployment, workforce program

REQUIREMENTS

Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in HR Data, or Statistics/Data Analyst with a strong interest in Human Resources
First experience involving Excel & Power BI, an experience with PowerApps is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken as we have non-French Speakers in the team
