Your missions:
- Draft and review contracts, NDAs, concession and real estate agreements with rigour and attention to detail
- Manage and update the contracts database, templates and internal policies
- Support the organisation of Board meetings, AGMs and corporate secretarial processes
- Contribute to the roll-out of compliance programmes across the region (data protection, anti-corruption, AML)
- Coordinate with external counsels and provide day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders
- Assist in designing and delivering legal and compliance training across local markets
