The mission involves defining three types of global crisis scenarios that could impact multiple medico-operational entities within Redion (Natural Disaster, Hazardous Health Situation, and Critical Infrastructure Failure), as well as designing and implementing a full-scale crisis management exercise for one of these scenarios.
