Job description:

Location: Singapore

 

WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO

 

The mission aims to accelerate HR innovation, digitalization and continuous improvement across the APAC region, supporting CEVA’s ambition to enhance HR efficiency, data quality, and employee experience. The role will contribute to identifying pain points, improving HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, reporting), and implementing digital and automated solutions that reduce manual work and improve cycle times. It will also pilot new HR tools, strengthen dashboards and HR insights for decision‑making, and support adoption of best practices across multiple APAC countries :

 

  • Identify pain points and inefficiencies in HR processes and propose scalable solutions
  • Support adoption of digital tools, automation and simplification initiatives
  • Promote an innovation mindset within the HR community

 

ABOUT YOU

 

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Previous experience (internship or apprenticeship) in HR, HRIS, HR Operations, Process improvement or Digital Transformation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in HR technologies, automation, and digital tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English
