The outcome is learning to apply your education in developing-country conditions with limited capacity — gaining hands-on experience and a better understanding of the opportunities in a fast-growing economy. Your placement is tailored to your background, experience, and interests, and directly supports AIT's daily work with the communities.

Art in Tanzania (AIT) has operated since 1996, welcoming about 250 participants annually. Its vision is to give students hands-on experience working in developing African communities across the full breadth of the social sector.
