About the Role
As part of the Graduate Program in Vendor Management & Operations, you will focus on managing vendor performance and driving operational excellence within our operations function.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery, while using data to identify improvement opportunities and optimise processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage external vendor performance (KPIs, SLAs, reporting, dashboards)
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Support vendor relationship management and ensure quality delivery standards
- Validate invoices, productivity (FTE), and production hours
- Drive process improvements and contribute to cost optimisation initiatives
- Support business planning and workforce optimisation activities (e.g. FTE scenarios)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Marketing, etc.)
- Contribute to improving customer experience through data-driven insights

Who are We Looking For?
If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply:
- You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a Master’s degree in Engineering, STEM disciplines, Economics, Business, or related fields, and are available to work full-time
- You are fluent in both German and English (minimum C1 level)
- You bring international experience through studies, work, or collaboration in a global environment
- You have no more than one year of professional experience
- You have the legal right to work in Germany (e.g. residency or visa)
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business actions
- You have a proactive mindset and confidence to challenge stakeholders and vendors when needed
- You are interested in operations, process optimisation, and performance improvement
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy working in cross-functional, international environments
- Exposure to vendor management, outsourcing environments, workforce planning, cost optimization, or experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus
