About the Role

As part of the Graduate Program in Vendor Management & Operations, you will focus on managing vendor performance and driving operational excellence within our operations function.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery, while using data to identify improvement opportunities and optimise processes.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage external vendor performance (KPIs, SLAs, reporting, dashboards)
Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
Support vendor relationship management and ensure quality delivery standards
Validate invoices, productivity (FTE), and production hours
Drive process improvements and contribute to cost optimisation initiatives
Support business planning and workforce optimisation activities (e.g. FTE scenarios)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Marketing, etc.)
Contribute to improving customer experience through data-driven insights

Who are We Looking For?

If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply:

You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a Master’s degree in Engineering, STEM disciplines, Economics, Business, or related fields, and are available to work full-time
You are fluent in both German and English (minimum C1 level)
You bring international experience through studies, work, or collaboration in a global environment
You have no more than one year of professional experience
You have the legal right to work in Germany (e.g. residency or visa)
You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business actions
You have a proactive mindset and confidence to challenge stakeholders and vendors when needed
You are interested in operations, process optimisation, and performance improvement
You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy working in cross-functional, international environments
Exposure to vendor management, outsourcing environments, workforce planning, cost optimization, or experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus
