  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams - including Designers, Product, and Architects - and external contractors to define project specifications and ensure seamless execution.
  • Supplier Management: Manage day-to-day communication with suppliers and contractors, making sure project directions are clearly understood and followed.
  • End-to-End Project Follow-up: Support all project stages, from acquisition - including site set-up and design support - through construction - contractor coordination, quality control, site visits, and reporting - to delivery, including final house set-up, equipment installation, and technical tests.
  • Partnership Builder: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors, helping secure long-term partnerships and favorable pricing and terms.

What we’re looking for:

  • Relevant Background: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Construction Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
  • Construction Enthusiast: You have a strong interest in construction, design, sustainability, and project management.
  • Hands-On Mindset: You are eager to be on-site and see firsthand how we transform houses.
  • Proactive & Curious: You are curious, take initiative, and enjoy finding ways to make things happen.
  • Analytical Mind: You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and are comfortable using procurement software and Google Suite.
  • Organization Pro: You are organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Language Skills: You are fluent in French; English is a plus.
  • Solution-Oriented: You enjoy solving problems and contributing innovative ideas to improve processes and workflows.

Join a fast-growing team where your ideas, energy, and creativity truly matter.
