What does #DreamInDior mean for you?

#DreamInDior represents an opportunity to grow and evolve alongside many talented people. More than just an internship, #DreamInDior encourages me to discover the house's iconic collections and codes, surrounded by passionate and international teams. 

What amazes you the most in your work?

What amazes me the most is how closely we collaborate with the rest of the world, developing projects that resonate with diverse cultures throughout the year. Each project aligns seamlessly with the House's values and codes while embracing digital transformation. Each day presents an opportunity to be creative and find innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

Dior helps me grow daily by fostering a passion for excellence and providing invaluable support. The dynamic environment at Dior challenges me to continuously learn and develop new skills. I am incredibly grateful for the support and encouragement I receive from my colleagues. Surrounded by a team dedicated to innovation, I am inspired to push my boundaries and strive for excellence in every project.

Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why? 

Whenever I face a challenge, I know I can turn to my team, who is always caring and eager to help. Knowing I can rely on them makes me more confident in my projects, as I always feel supported. Together, as a team, we strive to overcome the challenges we face. I am deeply thankful to Tobias Heinlein and Silvia D'Errico for their invaluable advice and support, which helped me grow and succeed.
