What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
#DreamInDior is more than just an internship for us. It’s a unique opportunity to dive into the world of a legendary Maison that we dreamed about since little girls, learn from the inside, and play a small part in keeping Monsieur Dior’s legacy alive. It’s also a chance to grow, develop new skills, and be part of an inspiring and iconic environment while growing both personally and professionally.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What really fascinates us is seeing how a vision turns into reality. Because we follow each step of the creation process, from the first concept to the final display, it is great to observe how all the ideas evolve and materialize. Seeing clients’ reactions when they discover the windows and boutique spaces is so rewarding. It's the blend of creativity and precision that makes our work feel so unique and interesting.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Working at Dior is truly enriching. Every day brings something new to learn, whether it’s through events, creative challenges, team collaborations, or just being surrounded by passionate people who push us to do our best. It’s motivating to be in a place where each one of us values precision and attention to detail, so that at the end of a project we can appreciate and see our efforts making a difference.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
When things get challenging, we know we can always rely on eachother but especially on our managers Laura Favre and Laura Bani. We also feel really lucky to have such a great team around us – both the coordination team and fellow VM interns – who are always willing to help and share their advice !
