What does #DreaminDior mean for you?

For me, DreamInDior means working in a house that has values, a history, and a heritage to share, that innovates and helps you evolve in your path. DreamInDior is about wanting to be part of a community of talent that shares the same values and the same desire of excellence in a stimulating environment.

I have been Dreaming in Dior since my first day as an intern in the EMEA Financial Controlling 1 year ago and I had the opportunity to continue my path in Dubai as a Junior Financial Controller for Middle East zone since July.

What amazes you the most in your work? 

In my work, I interact with all departments to build budgets, track costs, and understand each other's needs. It allows me to understand the dynamic and the trend. What amazes me the most is to have the ability and the power to build and forecast the future, to know the new projects, to understand and anticipate the upcoming challenges.

How Does Dior help you grow on a daily basis ?

On a daily basis, Dior helps me grow by deepening my hard and soft skills, by being continuously proactive and autonomous. Dior has taught me to take on challenges, to go beyond my limits and to get out of my comfort zone while being accompanied with kindness and trust by my team. I had and still have the chance to work with varied, unique, culturally different profiles, managers who push me to succeed, which allowed me to grow and seize the opportunity of VIE within the House in the Middle East.
