What amazes you the most in your work?
What amazes me the most is the balance between creativity and precision. Every day, I witness how passion meets perfection – from the smallest visual element to the grandest concept, everything is thoughtfully executed and planned. I am constantly inspired by the meticulous attention to detail and the unwavering commitment to elegance and modernity while maintaining the heritage and legacy in every aspect of the brand.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior constantly pushes me to think critically, adapt quickly, and bring my best self to every task. Through collaborative projects and high standards, I am continually challenged to think creatively, act with agility, and refine my technical and interpersonal skills. The culture of excellence, trust, and team spirit empowers me to learn every day and grow both professionally and personally.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
I constantly rely on my manager Damien Fouillat (Responsable Visual Merchandising Image) and my teammates Anais de Lacoste de Laval (VM Image Joaillerie & Baby EMEA) and Daniel Tarancon (Women and Men VM Image Manager Europe) , whose guidance and support are invaluable. Their encouragement helps me navigate challenges with confidence and reminds me of the strength of teamwork at Dior. Their expertise and mentorship reflect Dior’s values of support, collaboration and excellence, making every challenge an opportunity to grow and learn at every step.
