What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
For me, #DreamInDior represents the beauty of craftsmanship and savoir-faire passed down through generations. It’s the chance to be part of an iconic Maison with a rich heritage, where each day brings new challenges and with them, new opportunities to learn, to push myself, and to contribute in my own way. I’m truly grateful to have seized this opportunity, which, as time goes on, inspires me more and more to pursue this path.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What amazes me most about working in jewelry and timepieces is that you never stop being dazzled by the beauty and creativity of the pieces imagined by Victoire de Castellane and the teams. Having the privilege to interact daily with such exceptional creations and to contribute to their success is a true honor.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Every day, Dior helps me grow by immersing me in a highly specific and demanding sector that requires true motivation, a willingness to learn, and a desire to excel. The work is both stimulating and enriching, and it contributes greatly to my personal and professional development. I’ve never been afraid to step out of my comfort zone, and I’m thankful that Dior continues to show me how necessary and rewarding that can be.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
To me, having a strong and supportive environment is essential — especially when facing challenges. I’m lucky to be able to count on every member of my team, and especially on my manager, Kim Brudermann, for her guidance and kindness. I’m also very grateful to the other interns in my Business Unit; we’re all going through similar experiences, and the way we listen to and support each other makes a big difference.
