What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
#DreamInDior allows me to be a part of more than just an internship, it is the opportunity to be fully immersed in the values, heritage, and prestige of the house. To #DreamInDior is an opportunity for me to do what I love within a Maison, which has woven passion, excellence, creativity, and savoir-faire into its DNA since inception.
What amazes you the most in your work?
The passion each person puts in their work and their project, and the energy they give to ensure that the heritage of the Maison is transmitted. Additionally, discovering the savoir-faire through the collections and the pieces themselves has been absolutely amazing and fascinating.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
During my experience at Dior, I have improved my ability to work as a team and taking on independent responsibilities. It helped me understand the importance of bringing excellence and attention to detail in every aspect of your work, no matter how insignificant it may seem.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
During challenging times, the first person I turn to is my manager, Maï-Linh Fray. She always gives very good advice and takes the time to help me understand the necessary steps to solve the issue at hand. She also integrates me in PR print and digital projects, including the stakes of it, so I have a really holistic view of what it means to work in this industry.
