What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
For me, #DreamInDior means having the opportunity to grow within a House that inspires me every day. It means learning from passionate, curious people who are driven by excellence, and realising that you are part of something you have always secretly dreamed of having.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What amazes me most is that at Dior, everything is focused on precision and excellence, even in the smallest details. In my role, I see every day how much coordination is required to ensure that a collection arrives in stores at the right time, in the right quantities and with the right balance between countries. Behind each piece, there is a whole chain of people working together with the same level of care that goes into the design itself. That's what I find fascinating, the idea that logistics and creativity come together and that both are essential for Dior to remain the house of dreams.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior helps me grow by putting me in situations that force me to think differently and act more quickly. With the pace of Fashion Weeks, new collections and seasons, I have learned to stay organised and calm even when everything is moving very fast. Every project teaches me something new, whether it's how to anticipate better, improve a process or understand how all the links in the chain fit together.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
I rely heavily on my manager Margaux, who gives me the freedom to learn and always takes the time to explain things to me when I need it. It's easier to take on challenges when you know you're surrounded by people who trust you and encourage you to ask questions and be curious. Everyone in the Supply Chain team is attentive and kind, and it's so nice to go to work in this kind of environment.
