What amazes me the most in my work is the unwavering commitment and passion exhibited by my team as we strive to achieve our goals together. The openness to embrace innovation and the pursuit of performance are truly inspiring. Furthermore, the profound trust and mutual support we offer each other highlight our strong cohesion and unity. It's incredible to witness how we collaborate seamlessly to overcome challenges and drive success in our endeavours.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior fosters my daily growth by prioritising performance excellence and entrusting me with responsibilities. It empowers me to take ownership of tasks, pushing me beyond my comfort zone and embracing new challenges. Moreover, Dior's commitment to diversity creates an inclusive environment, enriching my understanding and perspectives. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
When facing challenges, I rely heavily on my Manager, Amina, Europe Internal Control Manager, who serves as both my mentor and inspiration in my work. Her trust and support have been invaluable, guiding me through obstacles with constructive advice and encouragement. Under her mentorship, I've been pushed beyond my limits, fostering a pursuit of performance and reliance. I've learned to view challenges from different perspectives, broadening my understanding and enhancing my problem-solving abilities.
