What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
To me, #DreamInDior means having the chance to grow, learn, and contribute within a House where desirability, creativity, are part of the everyday. It’s about being surrounded by people who push boundaries while staying true to strong human values.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What amazes me the most is how deeply business-driven our work is. From implementing omnichannel and digital initiatives to analyzing boutique performance across countries and regions, every project has a measurable impact. I find it incredibly rewarding to translate data into actionable insights and contribute to strategic decisions that shape the retail experience worldwide.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior empowers me by giving me trust and responsibility early on. I joined the House at 19 as a Global Talent Assistant, and I now work within the Worldwide Retail Performance team. Each day is a new opportunity to collaborate across departments, and countries and better understand the Maison’s strategic vision.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
I rely on my team, a group of passionate and dedicated people who bring diverse perspectives and energy to everything we do. In challenging moments, we listen, share ideas, and find solutions together. That sense of collaboration and trust is what makes the experience at Dior so unique and empowering.
