In the ever-changing landscape of product management, Yana Welinder, CEO and founder of Kraftful, recently hosted a workshop looking at the transformative power of artificial intelligence, in particular ChatGPT, and its potential to reshape the way product managers work. Speaking at the second ProductTank San Francisco event, Yana emphasised that AI is not just a technological innovation, but also a game-changer for product management.
However, Yana stressed the importance of maintaining a balance between AI and human expertise. While AI can handle large amounts of user feedback efficiently, product managers still need to exercise their judgement, particularly when it comes to issues related to developing product strategy.
