Job Description
Reporting to the Supply Chain team at the global headquarters in Paris, the responsibilities of the brands operations assistant are as follow:
Basic Business:
- Reporting preparation for Brand Value chain (scorecards, IBP, other meetings)
- Service level follow up and analysis:
- Lost sales / Attainment analysis / follow up with regions
- Preparation of meetings with regions
- Inventory analysis: safety stock/excess
- Coordination of non-regulatory reformulation:
- Phase in/phase out of the formula
- Inventory follow up / excess
- China registration: timing follow up / samples shipment
- Support for the different activities linked to the regions.
Profile
As a student with at least Master 1 level and initial experience in order management or supply chain, you are currently looking for a 6-month internship.
We're looking for someone who's eager to learn, able to prioritize and well-organized.
A perfect command of English is required, with a good level of French desirable.
