Responsibilities
Portfolio monitoring:
- Collecting monthly management reporting and entering financial aggregates into ILevel
- Monitoring portfolio performance
- Preparing the quarterly review performance: KPI dashboards, qualitative commentary, …
- Supporting the preparation of the quarterly valuation committee
- Supporting the audit process on portfolio valuations
- Participation in the LP reporting process
- Preparing the dataroom for the fundraising
- Reporting for Due Diligence
Fund management:
- Daily monitoring of cash and the fund portfolio
- Entering transactions into eFront
- Participation in the LP reporting process and ad hoc investor requests
- Preparation of capital accounts
Key success factors
- Solid academic record: pursuing a relevant master's degree in a top-ranking Business School; Also engineering students with academic background in corporate finance will be considered;
- First experience in finance (audit, financial control or management control);
- Strong analytical and modelling skills;
- Excellent skills of IT tools (particularly Excel and powerpoint);
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Self-starter and independent thinker with strong problem solving skills;
- Some understanding of the Private Equity market would be useful;
- Fluency in English mandatory.
