Acquisition Analyst - Real Estate - Paris - INTERSHIP of 6 months from January 2027
The Role
We are looking for an Acquisition Analyst to join our Pan-European Real Estate business. You will work in the investment team and play a key role in the acquisitions of real estate assets or portfolios for our funds. You will work on multi asset classes and coordinate with several European countries.
Responsibilities
- Undertake financial analysis and cash-flow projections of selected opportunities to facilitate investment decisions
- Prepare Investment Memos for senior management and Investment Committees
- Conduct market researches to support business plan assumptions
- Assist Investment Managers in the due diligence processes
- Follow-up of the deal-flow and KPIs of the team
Requirements
- MSc degree from a top Business or Engineering school
- 6 to 12 months of relevant work experience, real estate experience would be a plus
- Fluent in English and in French
- Team-player, attention to details and numerical accuracy, ability to work under short time constraints
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Package – especially Excel
- Knowledge of cash-flow projections fundamentals would be a plus (computation of IRR, Equity Multiple, Cash on Cash…)
