I know I'm supposed  to write short posts with lots of 🚀🚀🚀 , but sometimes a few lines are worth it.

This year again, I had the pleasure of teaching on the MSc in International Project Management at ESCP Business School.

The course focuses on the conditions under which organizations and systems can embrace innovation — incremental or disruptive — with the appropriate stakeholder involvement.

Over the first months of the year, students worked in teams to first identify and "fall in love" with real-companies problems (does that ring a bell Lila Gosselin ?) and then convince key stakeholders that those problems must be solved, and why.

To all the students: your energy and curiosity brought to every session made this course a authentic highlight to me. When I think of all the smart questions and discussions, I feel confident about the future. 🙏 👍

Another thing I like the most about this course is the chance to give inspiring leaders an opportunity to share their experience with our students.

❤️ Passing on and giving back are personal commitments of mine since a long time now . I am proud that CBRE feels the same need, focuses on education and innovation, collaborating with ESCP Business School through a Research Partnership in Real Estate, supporting the Foundation’s initiatives with the involvement of Mickael JACQUEMIN. This is a great example of how business and academia can learn from and enrich one another.
