We’re looking for a Customer Care Intern in New York City to help keep our houses running smoothly and our members taken care of.
This is a hands-on role; part customer service, part operations. You’ll manage member requests, help coordinate maintenance, and jump on-site when needed to see things firsthand. Always staying cool, calm, and collected.
What you’ll do:
- Own incoming tickets and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Support members with clear, fast, and helpful communication
- Visit houses and asses, you are our boots on the ground! Our eyes all around.
- Work closely with our handyman and ops team.
- Help solve day-to-day challenges (including the occasional emergency ones)
Preferred experience
- You are good at communicating: clear, responsive, and easy to work with, a team player.
- Organized but not rigid.
- Hands-on and down in the field, not just behind a screen.
- Problem-solver mindset, great with people.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where things can change.
- Bonus if you’re into ops, real estate, hospitality, or just like fixing things.
*Prior experience is a plus, and you must speak Spanish.
